Richard M Trueblood, b. May 5 1843 near Raglesville, Indiana, d. Mar 2 1916. Richard M Trueblood is buried in the Raglesville Cemetery.
Richard enlisted 8/1861 in Co. C. 27th Regt. Indiana Volunteers. He was in the Army of the Potomac, fought at Antietam, and at Gettysburg, where he was wounded. He also fought at Resaca in the Atlanta Campaign. When he returned from the service, he married Margaret. They had a farm south of Raglesville.
